Stabilizing cellulose additive GRANEO 100.
Cellulose additive GRANEO 100 is granular pellets made from high-quality cellulose fibers to stabilize bitumen in stone mastic asphalt, which prevent bitumen from running off from the surface of stone materials.
Stabilizing cellulose additive GRANEO 100 is a necessary component for preparation of stone mastic asphalt mix (SMA) – a mixture of mineral materials, stabilizing cellulose additive and bitumen, weighed in the given ratios and mixed in the heated state.
The rigid skeletal structure of crushed stone provides reliable resistance to shear deformations, and the presence of a large amount of bituminous binder, which fills the space between stone materials, makes stone mastic asphalt (SMA) more durable material.
Toppings with SMA increase comfort and safety of driving, and have longer service life.
Taking into account the peculiarities of stone mastic asphalt mix, stabilization of bitumen, that is, preventing it from running off from the surface of stone materials, is solved by introducing a stabilizing cellulose additive.
GRANEO 100 additive is a certified product that meets the requirements of DSTU B V.2.7-127: “Mixtures of asphalt concrete and stone mastic asphalt. Specifications”.

Storage and use of GRANEO 100
Store in a dry, indoor environment away from sources of ignition.
Do not use wet or dried pellets.
